  • More potholes!, 9th March
Potholes getting larger by the day here and on bends past Ladyridge. Also just past Ladyridge farm. Also the road from Maythorn farm to Falcoln Cottages as ever increasing potholes.
  • Uneven Footpath , 8th March
I am a Community Housing Officer for Marches Housing Association and offer a front line housing service to the tenants of Moor Meadow Shobdon. Part of that housing service includes regular estate inspections. During a recent inspection of the Moor Meadow area a resident pointed out that the pavements and footpath running alongside the main road is very very uneven. It seems to have been patched up so many times it has become unsafe. As you are aware, this is one of the main footpaths for school children and older people residing at Moor Meadow. Could you please look into the issue?
  • Very large potholes, 8th March
Two very large and deep potholes in Wrigglebrook Lane, Kings Thorn. There there is no street lighting so they are even more likely to cause damage and/or injury. Some smaller potholes farther along the lane were patched a few weeks ago, but for some inexplicable reason, these two huge craters escaped.
  • Roads, 8th March
The whole hill up to the cottage from the rightangle bend is in an appalling state. Shoulders have been washed away due to poor maintainence of the ditches and drains and potholes are too numerous to detail.
  • Roads, 8th March
Very large holes, impossible to avoid them even with extreme care and at low speed
  • Roads, 8th March
Caused by heavy farm vehicles, 3 or 4 inches deep in places.
  • Potholes and broken road surface, 7th March
The road surface of park street has been seriously affected by the recent snow and ice. There are many potholes and areas of broken road surface down the entire length of the street, which hasn't been resurfaced for years. I have seen no evidence of any recent work to fix previous reports. The pavements were resurfaced at the end of last year, but not the road.
  • Misleading information, 5th March
The Highways Agency has installed tactile paving at various points around this roundabout without any other safety measures e.g. a safe pedestrian crossing. This is not reckless when not combined with other appropriate measures. Action should be taken to either remove this or install proper road crossing facilities.
  • Litter, 5th March
The side of the A40 from the Wilton Rounabout towards Pencraig needs the litter tidying as it is appalling. The marker is indicative of the general area only.
  • Deep pothole, 4th March
Hard to avoid due to position in road.
  • Pothole, 4th March

  • Rubbish bin not emptied, 3rd March
Rubbish bin in childrens play area full to top with dog excretement. This bin is never emptied and should be removed to stop some dog owners leaving their dog mess there. This is also now a health and safety issue.

  • Large potholes, 27th February
Large pothole in road by entrance to sheltered housing estate. Could be a danger in dark as there are no street lights to see it.
  • Smell of sewage., 27th February
Each day as I walk along the Linear pathway, adjacent to Glover Road, there is a general smell of sewage. Something must be blocked in this area.
  • Required repair to highway surface., 27th February
B4349. South western edge of Clehonger in 40 mph area. About 20 metres SW of cross roads (Minor roads). Pothole about 250-300 mm diameter and more than 100 mm deep. Large enough to accept a complete car tyre dropping into it and would certainly throw a motorcycle or bicycle. Hole has been unattended for more than five days.
  • Little Dewchurch - Major Potholes, 26th February
Between the village of Little Dewchurch and North Towards Hereofrd (the Bogmarsh Junction) the road is very heavily potholed to the pont of it beocming dangerous to drive northwards without having to go on the wrong side of the road.
